Satellite Gallery Opening: Dollar Menu

Cold Coffee Media and Satellite Gallery announces Dollar Menu, a National Juried show opening on Friday, July 11. The concept for this show was for artists to create pieces made from dollar store items or utilize imagery of the dollar in the work they entered. The result is a curious collection of diverse work that demonstrates the varied interpretations of the guidelines. The variety of work also illustrates the uniqueness of each individual artist’s response to the task of creating work that expresses their opinions of the national and global economies, consumerism and disposable commodities.
